Hi, I run the forums at www.nepforums.co.uk/beehive for our company which provide free websites for NFP groups.

I'm having trouble with images. I can link to pictures on the web which have a .jpg extension or put them on my normal webspace fine.

The problem is our main sites use a format like

[img]http://beehive.thisisstaffordshire.co.uk/default.asp?WCI=SiteHome&ID=9533[/img]

and it seems that UBB doesn't like this. Does anyone know a way round it other than re-saving the images and uploading them elsewhere ?

The image is blocked due to the query string, as a security measure.

Look into trying to call the script using other methods... You might be able to use the PATH_INFO environmental variable to catch things passed to the script when it's called like: default.asp/WCI/SiteHome/ID/9533

(Of course, knowing my luck, IIS will refuse to do this for ASP scripts in the same way it refuses to do it for Perl and PHP.)
