UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 6 Version 6 Support Help cannot get through the install

I have uploaded all files and have checked all permissions and
when I run install.php I go all the way throught he setup and
after creating tables and deleting the install.php,createtable.php
(I cannot find the alterfile scripts). I then go back and click on
the newuserscripts and every time I get this error message and
no page loads. Here is the message I get...

Can someone please let me know what I am doing wrong.

Permission denied seems to be the error. Make sure the languages directory and everything insdie of it is readable and that the path to the language directory is correct.
