UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 6 Version 6 Support 6.4.2 Update and encountered weird problem

I updated from 6.4.1 to 6.4.2 and encountering a problem where when the user clicks on a message, the screen doesn't automatically scroll to the newest post in the thread.

I discovered the problem in the address bar.

The software produces: (http) jetcareers.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=182873&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1#Post183275182873

Where it should be producing:

(http) //jetcareers.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=182873&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1#Post182873

Anyone have any ideas on how I can address this?

I just upgraded from 6.3 to 6.4.2 and am having the exact same issue. Does anyone have an answer for this?

Edit: Forgot to mention that I have full new post tracking turned on.

Yes, there's a bug with the anchor tag in 6.4.2 (you'll notice it doesn't work on this board either). The fix is posted down in the bugs forum (non beta) if you want to fix it yourself. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Thank you!

Hi JoshPet,
We are alse experiencing the bug detailed in this post at http://duc.digidesign.com. I tried the fix you posted at:

Thread

But it doesn't seem to resolve the issue. I have full new post tracking on. Is there anything else that should be setup in order for this to work? We don't have any significant mods, so I was surprised that the fix didn't work.

Thanks!
