can somebody point me to an explanation/manual or tutorial on what Content Islands in UBBT 6.5.0 are? What are the benefits? Can I see any samples on what that does?

Together with Content Islands I read about RSS feeds? What is that?

Content Islands allow you to dynamically link "latest posts" or "who's online", etc easily into any page (and using RSS, do so on any site, not just the threads installed site).

Is this feature supported in 6.4.2? I'm not seeing anything in the user interface that matches up with the explanation in the manual, so I'm betting not ...

Content Islands were added in 6.5.
