Hey everyone. We're looking at moving our complete site over to the ubbthreads and photopoint system but I have a question before I purchase.

I am wondering if there is a converter to convert post nuke/pnphpbb to ubbthreads.

I was talking to a current licenseee of your product here and he said that he thought that the new version of 6.5 threads.

6.5 has an import function, which I believe imports from a CSV file. You'll need the yaml file for your current product.

I think they've got a yaml file for 2.0.8 phpBB.

Excellent...Thanks Josh.

I am running PNPHPBB 2.0.1 (Postnuke module) ... I am wondering if the file for 2.0.8 will work with it.

Any thoughts?

Not sure - probably Charles or Dave will come along and be able to answer that.

I don't believe we've tested with that version. If the database structure & formatting is the same as for phpBB 2.0.8, then it should probably work.

Just make sure that the table prefixes start with "phpbb_" instead of whatever the phpNuke default would be.

It also may depend on how the integration works. If the code has been modified to use the phpNuke users table(s) entirely, then you might not be able to export users.

Also note that you'll probably want to use the 6.5.1 beta (or wait for the final release) for your importing, as there are a handful of bugs in the 6.5 importer that can cause problems.
