Hello, we're trying to upgrade from 6.0.2 to 6.5.1. We copied the new files as requested to their directories. Then we started to modify our database as explained in UPGRADING.html. The scripts finished without any error (some timeouts occured).

The next step is to enter the upgrade area. But when I log in, the following error message occures:
Script:
Line#:
SQL Error: Unknown column 'U_Loginname' in 'where clause'
SQL Error #: 1054
Query: SELECT U_Password FROM w3t_Users WHERE U_Loginname='administrator'

If I have a look at the table structure there is no 'U_loginname' - so what can I do now?
Obviously the upgrade of the database failed?

Any hints are welcome.

It looks like one or more of the altertable scripts did not complete. Maybe that explains the timeouts.

You could look through the altertable scripts (starting with the most recent and working backward) and search for the table U_Password. You can then run that SQL command in the database tools section of the control panel to add/update that table. You will then want to do the same for any altertable entries that followed that one.
