Hello,
Some of my old members post count remains blank no matter how many times they post.
Does anyone know what might be the problem and how i can fix it?
I was thinking of adding them a special rank cause it says newbie and alot of the old timers dont like it.
Does anyone know how i can add all those users to a special rank since their post count is blank like a newbie account?
I guess this is 2 questions sorry.

Well i dont have any pages you can see without being a member but i did a search and found some other forums what appears to be the same problem.

Like my forum i couldnt edit my post and use the preview button again.. it gives you a page saying "cannot proceed".

Anytime you try to edit your post and preview it and click ok button it gives your this "cannot proceed please use your back button.." thats all it says.
After i create a post and then preview it and then i want to edit it and preview it again i get this error everytime.
I get this on all infopop boards including yours.
It may be my browser im using Firefox would this have anything to do with it?
I will continue to monitor this post for the no post issue..

Sounds like a problem with your database.

Is this occuring only when you use a 6.5.2 beta board, by chance? If so, this is a known bug, and it also comes with a more verbose error message.

As far as the version is concern hard to tell some boards i post on dont have it on their page just "powered by Infopop"

For the post count issue - I think I've found some code that could cause what's being seen, but it hasn't been filed as a bug yet.

As for your blank error message, I am at a complete total loss. It could be anything, but it's most likely a real error that's just somehow missing the string in the language file.
