In the process of re-runnning an import into my new BB. Part of this, I cleared down the tables in my DB and ended up deleting all the users.
I now no longer have any admin user to log into the BB with!
This would not be so bad if I was just going to trash the whole install and start again, however I want to preserve some of the configuration (HTML code and setting etc).

How do I go about re-running the "new user script" that creates the initial administrator account?

Actually I have now cracked it.
I could not find the script that creates the admin account, so I created a new user through the BB and then updated it via MySQL Admin.
