Over the weekend I ported my old BB (based on phpBB) onto a new server running UBBThreads 6.5.2
Having generated new passwords for my entire user base (something that could be made easier IMHO) I was bombarded with calls throughout monday from users who could not log in.
If this was all of my users, then I would suspect that I had issues with the board iteself, however many users could get in.
Investigations have revealed the the login issues are down to browser settings. Issues that I did not have on my old BB software.
What i would appreciate input on is...What are the reccomended browser security settings in order to have a pain free existence with ubbthreads?
Most of my user community run either Internet Explorer, or Firefox. Some run Navigator (but not many).
Most run on Windows platforms, although I do have a few Linux users.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
