Can someone please advise me where the following problem may stem from:

When trying to post, I get the following error message:
The host you are trying to send the input from is not a valid host.

no one can post on my boards at the moment, please help!

Disable the referer check.
control panel -> Primary Settings -> Advanced Options -> Disable HTTP Referer Check (set check)
