So if I understand properly, after importing, my "archives" are basically just read-only forums, yes?

So...why can I not set them to be *not* read only (that is, allow people to post to them, etc), and then use the "Move Topics" feature?

"Move Topics" doesn't seem to see my three archives; it stops at the last non-archive forum.

(We're running UBB.classic 6.3.1.1) at http://www.windyhop.org )

Those archives are sorted by subject, not date. You should be able to use mass move if you change the sorting method. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
