UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support forum access

I've had a few members contact me and say they are able to access the main forum area, but when they try to access their specific, secure forum they get a message saying they're not logged in.
Also, I have gotten some members saying they have never received their password/login in their e-mail. Is this a server problem or UBB?
