Basically I wanted to make a post as moderator and make sure it always stayed on top of the message board. Is there a way to just have 1 message stay on top at all times? thank you.
Another cool trick is to make it a hyperlink. Ours takes them back to our tutorial , where they can get the full text/reasoning behind the instruction. This makes it easier for our clients.
