My forum just made login mandatory!

WTF! I got an email asking why logging in was required to browse. It isn't. Or wasn't. My forum is now no longer letting people browse without logging in. How did this happen?

It is 6.05 located at http://www.thelincolnforum.net/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi

Did something get changed? I can't find a mandatory login setting in the CP.
