I am having a problem moving to a new server. I am receiving the following error:

Can't locate /usr/shared/web/ariz29/cgi-local/vars_display.cgi at ultimatebb.cgi line 129.
Please make sure that you uploaded the CGI and Variables files to the proper directory, permissions are set properly on the files, and that paths in the control panel are set correctly.
I thought I had crossed all my "T's" and dotted every "I", but I am missing something. I made all the updates to file: vars_config.cgi
What am I missing???
