I don't have the exact error message. I did suggest that he change his cookies settings and to let me know if the problem still existed. When I hear back, I will post again.

More than likely this means they fibbed about, or made a mistake selecting, thier age. He or she chose a date under the age threshold and now have a cookie preventing them from accessing the form. They need to find and delete that cookie to continue. .... And be a little more skillful in selecting thier age. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Maybe so, he hasn't registered and has not replied back. All the other registrations seem to going without a hitch.
