Looking for new web host

My current web host does not have zlib compression and the forum is very s-l-o-w. Does anyone have an opinion regarding ipowerweb?

I personally haven't had any experience with ipowerweb, but you can check https://www.ubbdev.com/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi/forum/11.html? for some reviews of hosts pertinant to UBB.classic.
