If someone can automaticly register himself for as a member in a forum, can someone then also automaticly unsubscribe himself from the forum? Does he get an email notification?

Members may not delete their registrations, if that is what you are asking.

If a member has enabled email notification for a thread he started, the notification can not be turned off by the member. The thread must be closed and reopened by an administrator or moderator to turn off email notification.
