I have a few forums that I have the Moderator Notification option set so that I know if someone has posted a message there. The only problem is that when a topic is originally posted, a generic email is sent, such as:
"Hello, askthepediatrician!
missy has just created a new topic entitled - lead screening - in the Ask the Pediatrician... forum of parents' talk.
This BB is located at
http://keepkidshealthy.com/cgi-bin/ubb/Ultimate.cgi but when I reply to the message, a more detailed email is sent, including the forum name and a copy of the message, such as:
"Hello, askthepediatrician!
askthepediatrician has just replied to the topic entitled - lead screening - in the Ask the Pediatrician... forum of parents' talk.
This topic is located at
http://keepkidshealthy.com/ubb/Forum18/HTML/000377.html Here is what the user posted:
A fingerstick sample can be used for the intitial screen test for lead poisoning. If that test is elevated, then a retest by using a venous sample, which may be sometimes obtained with a butterfly needle, should be obtained.
See our guide to Lead Poisoning Testing for more information."
How come the original email notification doesn't include a copy of the message that was posted and a direct link back to the forum?
