Thanks for the reply, but no, I just substituted "my.domain.com" as a generic for the real server site!

I went carefully through cplinks.html, and it all looks ok. As I mentioned, all of the other links from control panel to the various tasks work fine. I just can't get Ultimate.cgi to be recognized, whether I run it from control panel, or just from the browser.
