I can't seem to find your Members directory too, I tried typing in the URL to it, I tried several combinations, yet I get a 404 error. If there was a Members directory, I should have gotten a 403 Auth Required error...Perhaps a re-install of the UBB?

If re-installing, be sure to upload all CGI files in ASCII, CHMOD them 755. Upload variable files in ASCII, CHMOD to 777. The Members folder is usually under the UBBCGI directory.
