Actually, I find it better if you see a grayed button that says closed. As you can see in this
UBB.classic thread , you see the []
https://www.ubbcentral.com/ubb/lock.gif[/] icon and text that says "Topic Closed" where the reply button is normally found. My idea would make it easier for newbies to know that a thread is closed. Move threads should be the same, other than the "this thread has been moved" link.
