Charles can you explain when, and where, I was told this in my support ticket?
The only person who hinted that UBB.classic might not run on a load balanced server was Ron M on this forum.
Considering that I have just purchased $99 of support for a product that doesn't work on a load balanced Windows server (which isn't mentioned when purchasing the software), will I be entitled to a refund?
It looks like I will have to consider a completely different solution as neither UBB.classic or UBB.threads will work on a load balanced Windows server.
Very disappointing.
