If you DO find content that causes the problem, at least on a semi-consistant basis, that'll be helpful.

In regards to the next generation product... it's coming. Really. It's quite a bit different than the vision we started out with, and it HAS taken forever and a day to get it to the current state... but it IS coming.

(We were originally shooting for a nice Christmas beta, but we're doing some more UI work that ended up delaying giving it to the private testers...)
