UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? How do I highlight new threads and new posts?

Hello, we have just upgraded our forums to 7.02 and I have trouble finding how to highlight new threads and new posts.
In the old version, the whole horizontal line would be highlighted of the color I wanted and also the single post. I am noticing here only a tiny black "new" on the new post. I looked all over in the styles page
