driv, look at it this way - maybe I'll find a couple of gotchas or tips that you can use.
The main stuff I'm nervous about, is images and styles. And we're not looking forward to reapplying mods, re-editing language files, and re-modifying templates. There's a lot to be said for having an unmodified forum I guess.
