Apart from the backup it took (about) 25-30 minutes from start to finish!
5 - 10 minutes of that was wasted because I stupidly did it at 6pm and I had a really slow server/ftp/isp connection?
The ftp failed and I had to re-upload several files.
Still, nothing to do with UBB! The upgrade went as smooth as silk. Not a glitch
