try ms bootvis and run to optimze, not the analyse. This will rebuild the prefetch files and the bootup goes most time much faster.
Yeah, I've just tried this out. For me, it works really well
My boot time is now 35 secs to user screen...
then another 35 - 40 to a fully downloaded page in IE.
FF takes a few secs longer.
