Yeah well, When you get blocked and no one not even new registrants can get email from your site then thats a very large issue too isn't it?
How do they validate their email address if they cant get that email? How do they get approval message if they cant get that email?
Wouldn't that make you look ever worse?
I have a hotmail account my self.
Customer service is great for a company that is making money from their message board but when you are a free site providing something free then how much time do you spend chasing around companies like Microsoft catering to their every change?
