How on earth could they ban an entire host in response to *1* report of "spam"??? They don't think people hit those buttons even accidentally or something? They can't wait until there are, say, 250 or 500 reports before using such drastic measures?? Or even 5000? Spammers don't send out 1 spam message, they send out thousands or even millions!
