is it possible to post a phpinfo() ? I guess its a wrong setting in there with memory limits or execution time limits.

Disable the shoutbox if you run 7.3.beta for a test
i'm running 7.2.0. already tried without the shoutbox. it does not appear to be a factor at all in my case.
