AWe'll probably end up trimming down or getting rid of smarty, put in support to use memcache, and alter a few database tables for better performance.
Will this mean that the dozens of integrated pages I made using smarty will be broken? Will there be another way to re-make all those pages in the 8.0 version, a way to convert what I have? This would be a major concern for me.
