UBB v7.5.1

I added a gallery forum, and set the following permissions for all groups:
Maximum size of gallery images = 100000
Total # of gallery images = 5
Maximum size of file attachments = 100000 (shouldn't affect the gallery though, right?)

The problem is, when I go to the gallery forum, click "New Image" then click on "Image Manager", the header says "File Manager: You can attach 5 photos. Max. file size is 0 Bytes.".
If I pick a file and try to upload it anyway, I get the error "Images can be no larger than 0 Bytes bytes.".

Is there somewhere else I need to set the file size limit, besides the forum permissions? Any thoughts on what might be causing this behaviour otherwise?
