There are a couple ways to fix this. If this is your own server, then you can increase the max_heap_table_size setting and restart MySQL, otherwise you'll probably need to decrease the online activity setting in the control panel, so it tracks for a less amount of time.
I am seeing this on my site now. What setting is Rick talking about decreasing? The 'who's online' time or the cookie time or something else? I've decreased both and am getting no where fast.
