UBBCentral has the option turned off.
But if it was turned on for your use group at
Control Panel > Site Permissions > Can set a Custom Title (bottom of second column)
and (for this example) it was set for 38 characters or more....
You could enter "<a href=http://id242.com/woof/15.png>" to have it display.
UBBT does not process Custom Titles as UBBCODE, but it does allow HTML. So your string will need to be in HTML. This is still an unfixed security hole within UBBT (A 10 year old security hole, introduced around 2004) for anyone enabling this on their site with a large amount of character allowed. So take that warning as a small grain of salt before enabling that feature on your site. A setting of 16 Chars
could be fine, though.
