I am running current versions of plesk and it has mysql 5.5.36 and php 5.4.25 installed. It looks like the limit is set to 16MB as that's the size of the table.
I just emptied it, that didn't seem to break the site so we'll see.
I noticed above that Titen was having issues with Chinese spammers, and that's what I've been having. I had to put up a registration queue to stop the spam. Maybe their bots were trying to overwhelm the site, who knows.
