Yeah, a Cloud based VPS is different than the cloud shared hosting; I use a vps with Stablehost that uses their cloud vps technology without problems. BlueHost was my second choice, the reason being their helpdesk support in off hours wasn't what I needed, I needed fast turnaround online any time of day, versus just telephone.
