UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support V 7.60 Icon and no new posts issues

What is the cause and correction to after upgrading to V 7.6.0 ?
As shown below image

Icons are not viewing correctly
and even when a new post is done on left edge shows no new posts, no icons there as seen in V 7.5.9

During the upgrade install it stated all was OK, no errors, and even going to icons page on control panel and clicking on update icons nothing changes
to the look via the forum pages.

Also main forum page where left edge showed icons no longer shows.
