Can you please rename any .htaccess files on your server to no.htaccess (so they are disabled); your server is giving some really weird results:
Go to
http://www.teamzr1.com/ubbthreads/images/general/default/Don't do anything on the page, but note the three lines that are returned (including a php.ini file that is readable plain text by the web), click "Parent Directory", note the five lines. Click on "default" and see the proper directory structure.
It appears that an .htaccess file is misconfigured and is blocking requests that aren't originating from your server.
