I have said this at least four times, if you cannot understand at this juncture you need advanced support.

For YOUR server, because of this server quirk:
Admin folder needs 755 permissions.
Files in the admin folder need 644 permissions.

This is ONLY for the admin folder and the files in it, no other folder, no other files.
