That's unfortunate that they won't allow you to just move to another reseller... Any way to ask to escalate the issue to someone higher up?

I'd think it wouldn't be that difficult to just push the domains from one reseller account (MindRaven) to my reseller account (vncweb), since they're both from the same registry retailer...
