I've decided to change our forums to a subscription model.
Users will still be able to read without subscribing but will need to subscribe to post.
I created groups (one for monthly payments, one for yearly) with different levels (bronze, silver, gold, etc.), each with it's own icon.
I presumed when someone opts to subscribe they would automatically get the icon/badge. Which conversely would mean when they stop
subscribing they are dropped from the group and the icon/badge disappears.
Apparently that's not how it works?
Am I missing something, or is there a way to automate this?
Otherwise I'll have to manually add it to each new subscriber. That may not sound like a big deal, but we have nearly 94,000 subscribers and pick
up 10-15 a day on average.
