I have two "Premium Modifications" for UBB.threads geared towards users wanting to build a more Content Management style system into their community.
UBB.threads Pages allows you to create custom pages within UBB.threads
UBB.threads Links allows you to create a link directory within UBB.threads

Both utilize the same styling and content can be added through a custom Control Panel system, and you can allow your moderators (with the Edit Users permission) to modify your entries.

Content from UBB.threads Pages also populates in my UBB.Sitemaps addon.
