Recently we've had a discussion among our Moderators about adding people to a PM. The Moderators often carry on discussions in PMs rather than in the Moderator Forum. Some have noticed that once a PM is started, they can't add people to the PM. But it seems that Admins and Global Moderators can add people to an existing PM thread. Is there a setting somewhere that I've missed?
