Thanks, Ruben -- I will start over with CloudFlare and see if I can get it working.
I just checked via phpMyAdmin and all my tables are already set to MyISAM. When I googled "MyISAM" (because I don't know anything about it) it suggested that it was outdated and to use InnoDB instead. Curiously, the summary row does state InnoDB while all the tables above show MyISAM.
