When it shows text it means the directory is not setup to execute cgi scripts. Currently the directory name is ubb-cgi. Try creating a directory named cgi-local and see if the scripts run from there.

If they don't, I suggest you contact your host and ask them which directory needs to be used to run cgi scripts.
