I have a member who's having a problem getting their avatar uploaded/changed.
I don\t know what to say to them....

Here's their query:
Rob,

Been trying (many times) to upload a new avatar image. It is a jpeg 100x100 pixels, about 30K in size. Is there a problem on the website's end?

ideas anyone??

In your Admin CP

Membership > Profile Settings

Check your width/ height/ file-size settings.

What about 'site permissions' ?

Is 'can upload avatar' set for his group?

What are the CHMod's on the folder that the avatars are uploaded to? It should be 777

I am a Web Development Contractor, I do not work for UBBCentral. I have provided free User to User Support since the beginning of these support forums.
