As I said, we've used 5.45 until recently. We've had our top days back when we used it (2000 hits per day). And the board never got over the 100 mb limit. As far as I know, never even got to 50mb...
Same board, with about 500 more topics probably, jumped to 120-130 mb! Cache made a habit to take up to 20 mb of space and due to this all other DB based scripts we have (Quick Polls, for example) crashed instantly...
So UBB has become way to expensive to run for us. A small website, non-comercial, cannot afford it anymore.
