Hmmm.
Quoting with umlauts worked well for me before. When using quick quote with that fix, it gives me the same wrong characters like in the preview.
I tried to apply utf8_encode in previewpost.inc.php also, but this makes it even worse. In
preview an ö was ö before. Now it is ö
