I have a premium shared hosting account. I just launched the site a few weeks ago. So far I'm encouraged by the feedback. I had debated about a dedicated server. If I keep having issues I may need to upgrade to that.
I just got off the phone with GoDaddy hosting and they confirmed the obvious (after first trying to tell me that everything seemed fine to them). They sent the issue to advanced hosting tech support and confirmed there is a loading issue and are working on it. I had to call them a few weeks ago about the slow server response so things are not off to a good start with their hosting.
